Here's a true life story of how Resume Robot works for me.

I've found the public posting boards to be a big waste of time-and not a great source for viable candidates. The majority of those listed are either unemployed, or mentally unemployed and spending the majority of their time searching for postings, responding to postings, and emailing different versions of their resumes out for every new job. Those aren't the people my clients want to hire!! My clients are looking for people who are entrenched in and good at their current jobs. I know I've made numerous placements as a direct result of using Resume Robot.

While the results were often less in number than what I'd get on a search on Monster, the quality of contact and candidates are a vast improvement. I think Monster has become a beast and is a time eater-you spend three hours weeding through the junk and get buried in junk responses as well. ("I've never been a programmer but always wanted to try").

With Resume Robot results, I'm in control of who I call, and who I give my email out to - but that's a side benefit. The biggest push as far as I'm concerned is that the people I speak with are not getting calls from 2,000 other recruiters every day and if they aren't the right fit for the job, they often give great referrals to people who ARE qualified. Since they aren't bombarded with calls from recruiters, they are generally very helpful and friendly and it reminds me of the 'good old days' of recruiting-in short, they are passive candidates.

One good example of how well Resume Robot works for me is my current search for a software program manger with a current secret security clearance. I ran my key words through the Resume Robot search engines, and turned up about 300 results (327 to be precise) of those 327, 31 were expired or had no contact information, 59 had only email contact information. I sent out emails to the 59 with a brief description of who I was looking for and called the rest.

Some of the emails bounced, some of the numbers were disconnected, but within 3 days, I had 25 resumes of qualified, interested candidates, most of whom were referrals from people on the results list-but a few were direct candidates from the search. I got the 5 top qualified in front of my client, they narrowed it down to three who will be going in for face to face interviews next week and an offer will be made to the top of those three before October 15th. That will be a $25,000 fee I've earned.

At $495 per year, one placement would pay for the service more than 50 times over - compare that to the cost of Monster and the like. Nothing comes close to Resume Robot when it comes to value for the dollars and time spent

We have made placements using Resume Robot. I find the website easy to use, and it is a good Internet mining tool.

I like the wide variety of candidates.

I can say that I personally benefited from Resume Robot in many different ways. First of all I was able to find some excellent candidates for positions. This may not have directly resulted in hires in most cases but the more important function that it served was in direct referrals from the people I talked with.

In the many searches that I used Resume Robot for I was able to find people for every position either directly or indirectly. The tool was applied in about 30 searches.

There is no substitute for networking and personal contact but you first need to have someone to talk with and I highly recommend Resume Robot for that purpose.

Resume Robot has enabled us to explore many new and previously untapped websites and gain access to many passive job candidates. Resume Robot not only helps us find these people, but we are able to find them in very short order as well. Using the "Robot" has contributed vastly to our bottom- line numbers.

Resume Robot is the best search tool I have ever used.

Those not using Resume Robot are missing the boat.

I have found that Resume Robot is very strategic in sourcing candidates that do not come up in regular search engine searches. I have found numerous strong resumes on Resume Robot and will be continuing to use it as a recruiting tool.

We have found Resume Robot to be a great resource to look for passive candidates.

I love your product.

We consider this to be the most useful Internet search site around. http://www.resumerobot.com has simplified the metasearch process to find passive candidates on the web. They have developed search strings that filter out almost all of the garbage and return only documents that fit the key words you searched for. Before they send you the results of their search, the results are further filtered through their proprietary software to be even more accurate. Check it out. We think it's a winner!

Most recruiters and employers think of internet recruitment in terms of posting jobs and looking for resumes at established career sites like monster.com. But Resume Robot allows recruiters to uncover and contact the millions of professionals who aren't surfing job postings, or even looking for a new position-until we approach them with our client's opportunity.

Automating the complex search strategies is a killer-app for recruiters fighting to find passive candidates in this highly competitive recruitment market. It simply doesn't make sense to compete with thousands of other recruiters for the tiny supply of candidates looking for work at career sites when Resume Robot takes me to high-value people my competitors don't know are there.
